My daughter called me from her high school parking lot, utterly distraught, and what followed has been nothing short of a nightmare. Having recently purchased a car from East Dallas Motorcars, I was shocked when my daughter's distress call led me to discover that the vehicle, which we thought would provide reliable transportation, was plagued with serious issues. Despite reaching out to the dealership with a genuine concern for the safety of my child, the response I received was a callous "tough luck." I fully understand the concept of as-is purchases, but this situation is beyond acceptable. The car we purchased was knowingly sold with undisclosed issues, and when confronted, the dealership offered no assistance or empathy. It's disheartening to realize that the business prioritizes profit over the safety and satisfaction of its customers. To add insult to injury, I am now forced to spend an additional $15,000 on an engine for a car that originally cost $20,000. This unexpected financial burden is both ridiculous and infuriating, especially considering the car was sold with existing problems that were deliberately concealed. My intention in sharing this review is not to vent my frustration, but rather to caution others against making the same mistake I did. The lack of integrity and customer care displayed by East Dallas Motorcars is appalling, and I implore anyone reading this to stay far away from this dealership. In summary, my experience with East Dallas Motorcars has been a distressing and costly ordeal. The callous attitude, lack of accountability, and the knowingly deceptive sale of a faulty vehicle make this dealership one to avoid at all costs. Learn from my unfortunate experience, and seek out a dealership that values honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Stay away from East Dallas Motorcars, and spare yourself the anguish of dealing with a business that cares more about its bottom line than the well-being of its customers.

Fantastic buying experience from start to finish. Found one of their trucks online and called a spoke with Fernando. I'm from San Antonio and wanted to come see the vehicle. He offered to hold the vehicle with a refundable hold deposit. I drove up the next day and he really rolled out the red carpet. Took me on a tour of the facility to see some of their other toys and we took the truck on a test drive. The prep on that truck was phenomenal...the level of detailing made that 3 year old truck look like it rolled off the factory floor. The engine bay and undercarriage was spotless. The interior didn't have a speck of lint anywhere and the exterior was polished to a high mirror shine. The transaction went smooth and I drove the truck home that day. I will definitely buy from these folks again should the need arise. Prices were fair and the vehicles pictured matched the actual condition of the vehicle in person. A+++++++

Easy to work with. Friendly and accommodating. No issues. After a week of discussing the truck remotely (I'm about 800mi away), I placed a deposit for the truck, flew down to see it, and made the purchase. There were no observable issues with the truck (a 2022) and the test drive was smooth. Being understaffed and having several walk-in customers, Francisco made the process easy and I didn't feel rushed or inconvenienced. Harold spent a lot of time with me as well and was a wonderful gentleman to talk to and provide information. I drove the truck back 800 miles with no issues or concerns.

Just bad. Made an appt and talked with two people and insure it’s ready go.I drive all the way there to inspect and drive truck. Upon inspection there isn’t even trans fluid in it and engine oil is way low. So I could not drive it. Danny then explains how their vehicles are inspected and maybe a newer truck is more for me. They do not inspect anything obviously. Very condescending as well. This place deserves the bad reviews it gets. It’s not hard to do the right thing and make sure your vehicles are safe to drive.
